License
Roxuh grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use AdVoid and its Safari extension on Apple devices you own or control, under these terms and the App Store rules. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the extent it does not conflict with these terms.
You may not copy, resell or redistribute the app, or tamper with it or its stored data to get around the subscription.
What AdVoid can and can’t block
AdVoid blocks connections to servers listed on the blocklists you choose. It cannot block ads served from the same servers as the content, such as ads inside the YouTube and Instagram apps, and it can’t block apps that use their own encrypted DNS or iCloud Private Relay in Safari. Roxuh does not guarantee that any particular ad or tracker will be blocked.
Blocking can occasionally stop an app, website, login or payment page from working. If that happens, allow the address in Activity or turn off a blocklist. You are responsible for choosing what to block and for allowing anything you need.
iOS runs one VPN at a time. While another VPN is active, AdVoid does not block anything.
Blocklists and other services
The built-in blocklists are made by independent maintainers and are provided under their own licenses, which are listed in the app under Settings › Sources & licenses. Roxuh compiles them into AdVoid’s format but does not control their contents. Blocklists you add by link are your responsibility.
Unblocked lookups are resolved by the DNS provider you choose, which is not operated by Roxuh. The Safari extension changes how youtube.com and instagram.com display in your own browser; your use of those services remains subject to their terms.
AdVoid Pro subscription
AdVoid requires an AdVoid Pro subscription, offered monthly or yearly. Prices, billing periods, free trials and introductory offers are shown in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation; a free trial converts to a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
If your subscription ends, AdVoid and its Safari extension stop blocking, and the app turns its VPN off the next time you open it.
Availability and changes
Roxuh may update, change or discontinue features, blocklists, DNS providers or supported iOS versions as the app evolves. AdVoid requires iOS 26 or later. The app is provided as available; uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
AdVoid is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roxuh is not liable for ads or trackers that are not blocked, for apps or websites that stop working because of blocking, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, AdVoid. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for AdVoid Pro in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.
Termination
You may stop using AdVoid at any time by deleting it and removing its VPN configuration. Roxuh may terminate or suspend the license if you breach these terms. Sections about intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability survive termination.
Governing law and updates
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Roxuh is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Roxuh may update these terms; the effective date above identifies the current version, and continued use after an update means you accept it.
