License
Roxuh grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Weik on Apple devices you own or control, under these terms and the App Store rules. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the extent it does not conflict with these terms.
The minigames in Weik are original implementations created for the app. You may not copy, extract, resell or redistribute the app, its games, sounds or artwork.
Alarm reliability
Weik schedules alarms through the alarm system of iOS. Whether an alarm rings, how loud it is and whether pressing Stop re-schedules it depend on iOS, your device settings, battery, storage, Focus modes, software updates and the alarm permission you grant. Roxuh cannot guarantee that any alarm will ring at a given time or that it will continue ringing after Stop is pressed.
Do not rely on Weik for anything where missing an alarm could cause harm or loss, such as medication, travel connections, childcare, medical monitoring or safety-critical work. Test every alarm before you rely on it, and keep a second alarm for anything important. Weik is provided as a wake-up aid only.
Challenges and fair use
Weik keeps ringing until you finish the challenge you chose. This is the intended behaviour. You are responsible for choosing challenges and difficulty levels you can complete when you wake up, and for the effect a persistent alarm may have on people around you.
Do not tamper with the app, its stored data or the iOS alarm system to bypass challenges, and do not use Weik in ways that violate law or the rights of others.
Weik Pro subscription
Weik Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription (or one-time purchase where offered) that unlocks additional challenges and difficulty levels. Prices, billing periods, free trials and introductory offers are shown in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Password · 1 word and Tic-tac-toe Easy remain free to use as alarms. If Pro lapses, an already scheduled alarm stays finishable with its original challenge; new and repeating alarms fall back to a free challenge. Roxuh may change which features are free or paid for future versions, but will not remove a paid feature from an active subscription period without notice.
Availability and changes
Roxuh may update, change or discontinue features, challenges, sounds or supported iOS versions as the app evolves. Weik requires iOS 26.1 or later. The app is provided as available; uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Weik is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roxuh is not liable for missed alarms, overslept appointments, lost income, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Weik. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for Weik Pro in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.
Termination
You may stop using Weik at any time by deleting it. Roxuh may terminate or suspend the license if you breach these terms. Sections about intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability survive termination.
Governing law and updates
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Roxuh is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Roxuh may update these terms; the effective date above identifies the current version, and continued use after an update means you accept it.
